JDI has the following approach to work:
We welcome anyone looking for a work environment.

People who want to be involved in development through business, such as private investment projects and PPPs, as well as ODA projects (loan and grant-aid projects by JICA, etc.)

Those who want to go beyond research and experience concrete impacts such as job creation and solving local problems

People who want to work not only within their own company or project team, but also have broad relationships with companies and institutions in various fields.

Those who want to learn proposal-based consulting that will have a breakthrough in the development of special economic zones, work with leaders of developing countries, and influence national plans, policies, and legal systems.

People who want to develop their overall skills and expertise as software development consultants (analysts, economists, urban planners, overseas expansion support specialists, etc.)

People who want to gain on-the-job experience quickly in a small, elite environment, regardless of age or experience.

People who want to work at their own discretion and responsibility, choosing their own working hours and place of work, in accordance with their individual lifestyles and family circumstances.

People who want to proactively take on important roles and responsibilities and grow

People who are not bound by their comfort zone and can turn inexperienced fields or tasks they think they are not good at into areas of expertise (as we are a small company, the tasks are diverse)
